茶湯色清亮鮮紅，入口溫順甘醇、微澀香甜。

沖泡方式: 先用熱水暖壺， 置茶葉於茶壺中，以90-95水溫浸泡一分鐘。 第二注水開始，以80- 85水溫浸泡，每次泡茶時間延長 5-10秒。 （可回沖七次）

（以 1: 50茶水比例， 可以個人喜好調整 ）

亦可用常溫冷水以 1:100比例 冷泡 （1g茶葉對100ml水量），放置冰箱 12小時。

説明：

日月潭紅茶の茶葉は、ねじれ、曲がり、緻密な形状をしており、黒色をしています。製造プロセスには、完全な発酵が含まれていますが、焙煎は行われていません。お茶を淹れる前後には、軽くて特別なミントとシナモンの香りが漂います。

お茶の液体は、鮮やかでクリアなルビー色をしています。最初に少し渋みを感じ、その後に豊かで甘い余韻が残ります。爽やかなミントと柑橘類の香りと、シナモンと熟した果物の甘さがあります。
日月潭紅茶は、台湾茶業改良推進委員会がミャンマー大葉種と台湾の山茶を交配育種法で選んで開発されました。50年以上にわたって調整を繰り返し、成功するまでテストされました。日月潭紅茶は、紅茶の美しいルビー色からルビー紅茶とも呼ばれています。

お茶の淹れ方：
熱湯で淹れる場合：
1.沸騰したお湯で急須を温めます。
2.茶葉と熱湯（90℃〜95℃）を急須に入れます。
（茶葉と水の比率：1グラムに対して50 ml）
3.60秒間浸し、その後すべてのお茶をカップまたは別の急須に注ぎ、お楽しみください。
4.お茶を再度淹れます。後半の淹れる時間を5〜10秒ずつ増やし、水温を下げます（80℃〜85℃）。
（7回淹れられます）
（淹れる割合は、個人の好みに応じて変更できます

冷水で淹れる場合：
1.茶葉と常温の水を水容器に入れます。
（茶葉と水の比率：1グラムに対して100 ml）
2.蓋をして冷蔵庫に12時間入れます。
3.茶葉をこし出し、お茶をお楽しみください。

Description:

Sun Moon Lake black tea has a twist, bend, and tight shape, with the color black. Tea leaves is made through the full fermentation process but without roasting. You can lightly smell a special scent of mint and cinnamon before and after brewing the tea.

The tea liquid has a brilliant and clear ruby red color. You can taste a little bit of astringency at first, then a rich and sweet aftertaste. It has the refreshing scents of mints and citruses; and the sweetness of cinnamon and ripe fruit.

Sun Moon Lake black tea was developed by Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station through the hybrid breeding method, Myanmar Large Leaf Species and Taiwanese Wild Mountain Tea were chosen. They tested and readjusted the method for more than 50 years until success. Sun Moon Lake black tea is also known as Ruby Black tea, which comes from the beautiful ruby color of the tea.

How to brew tea:

For hot tea

1. Use boiled water to warm the teapot

2. Put tea and hot water (90℃ to 95℃) into the teapot.

(Tea leaves to water ratio: 1 gram to 50 ml)

3. Steep for 60 seconds, then pour all the tea liquid into the cup or another teapot and enjoy it

4. Brew the tea again. Increase 5 to 10 seconds for each steeping later with lower water temperature (80℃ to 85℃).

(Can be brewed 7 times)

(Brewing ratio can be changed according to personal preference)

For cold brew tea:

1. Put tea and room temperature water into a water container
(Tea leaves to water ratio: 1 gram to 100 ml)

2. Cover and place in refrigerator for 12 hours

3. Strain out the tea leaves, then enjoy your tea
